Villa holidays on the Gulf Coast are predominantly in the areas of New Port Richie, Ft Myers, Naples, Anna Marie Island, Bradenton, . Naples, Cape Coral and Marco Island are down the Gulf Coast, you come to Cape Coral first then Naples then Marco Island, Naples being approx. 3.5 hours drive from Orlando all three areas have and are known for their white sandy beaches. Cape Coral is a favourite with our customers we put this down to the unique tranquil settings of many of the homes, being situated on the waterways that lead out to the Gulf of Mexico. Villas at Cape Coral on the waterways will generally have their own docks and the use or hire of a motorboat is an attraction to many. Naples executive homes are all within a 20 minute drive of the beach and downtown Naples. Marco Island is a 20 to 30 minute drive. All homes are well maintained, air conditioned, with their own pools and then individual furnishings throughout the homes.
