For such a tiny piece of land, Marco Island provides pretty much every service, amenity and activity you could possibly need for a fantastic beach holiday. A very laid back and relaxed island you will find many people make their way around by bicycle or boat, traffic is light and as the island is small it is very easy to navigate. Easy access to the water is a major reason why many holiday makers head to Marco Island, most of our self catering accommodation back on to one of the inland canals and there are numerous vendors offering boat hire and fishing excursions.

Two stunning Marco Island beaches combine to offer 6 incredible miles of sensational white sand shoreline, the south of the island boasts a long, straight beach while to the north is Tigertail Beach which is a huge open stretch of sand. Tigertail Beach also offers excellent public amenities including a beachfront cafe, kids playground, bathhouse and boardwalks leading through the coastal vegetation.

The attractive Marco Island town centre offers a good selection of stores, galleries and locally owned restaurants. There is also a good choice of dining venues both in the beachfront hotels and along the waterfront to the north of Marco Island.
